Our Services
There are two gardens that set us apart. One is internal and sheltered, and we call it our “Green Lung”: the pool garden. The other faces the street and is our calling card, a place of meeting and passage, brought to life by Caffè Brione, where guests can enjoy cocktails, light bites and, above all, the sweet creations of Albumi, the artisanal laboratory of Alessandra.
Breakfast
Besides being, as doctors usually say, the most important meal of the day, breakfast is also the moment in which the mood is oriented.
So what counts is how beautiful it is to look at, how abundant it is, how satisfying …
Our breakfast room is bright and spacious, with some tables overlooking the garden reserved for those who have booked dinner at the hotel.
On our buffet there are always homemade cakes, biscuits and bread.
And products that are as fresh and well-assorted as possible.
A corner is then reserved for some advice from experts in healthy eating. What is most good for our body, what helps us detoxify from the stress of everyday life.
Restaurant
We believe that true hospitality is only complete when we can also offer our guests a great meal. And since this is something we deeply care about, we are sure that dining with us will be one of the moments that make your stay even warmer.
Our hotel has offered restaurant service since the very beginning of its history, back when Mamma Brione herself was in the kitchen. She cooked just like at home, for a large family.
Caffè Brione
Inside the hotel there is the Caffè Brione bar, which also has a bright sitting area overlooking the garden.
Only there you can find the showcase of artisan sweets “Albumi” prepared by our Alessandra.
The Albumi pastry desserts are also exclusive to our Restaurant: cakes and biscuits for breakfast, refined desserts in the evening.
Bike Area
Our hotel is just a pedestrian crossing away from the beautiful lakeside cycling path, which is connected to the entire regional network. This makes cycling to the city center a choice that is as good for the eyes as it is for the heart. And knowing you can avoid busy roads to reach your favorite trails is certainly an advantage.
At the hotel, we have a fully equipped Bike Area with an inflation station, washing facilities, and e-bike charging points. It is monitored 24/7 by video surveillance and can only be accessed through a centralized system.
We also offer a small fleet of city bikes available for all guests—while supplies last!
Albumi Lab
To whip egg whites and make them firm, patience is required. And precision. Which is also the foundation of macaron preparation.
Alessandra is the creative twin of the family, always looking for something new. Nearly ten years ago, from her mind, La Roulotte was born, and from the same intricate wheel of ideas, Albumi was created — a homemade pastry workshop.
In our café, you will find chocolate pralines, macarons, cookies, breakfast cakes, and modern, fragrant pastries. And of course, a tiramisu that was a bestseller last year.
Green Area
Green Resort because we were lucky enough to be born in a beautiful area and our tradition started taking inspiration from the name (Brione) of the mountain that is close to us, a protected biotope that is a wonder of nature.
We are a family that likes to be outdoors, Carlo keeps his garden and its plants with great care.
This is why we consider the internal garden where the swimming pool is our “green lung”.
The area of the hotel that most represents us.
The pool is large enough for both swimming and soaking.
The garden all around has very sunny areas, shaded spaces under the plants, secluded corners enough to give intimacy.
There is an image that gratifies us more than others: that color on the face of those who had escaped from the stress of home and left refreshed.

The Brione Green Resort is located in what in Riva del Garda is called “Fascia Lago”, the area of the beaches and the cycle-pedestrian area, which in a few minutes takes you from the tourist port to the historic center and beyond.
The Hotel overlooks the main avenue. In front, on one side, of a small road that leads to the beautiful Spiaggia dei Pini in a few meters, and on the other, a few steps from the path that climbs to Monte Brione. Hill which, in addition to giving us its name, also inspired our green philosophy.
We have ample parking for cars and motorcycles, and a safe shelter for bicycles.
