We often say that choosing a room is a littl like choosing how you want your holiday to feel.

At Brione, both worlds coexist. It’s the natural result of years of work, of renovations carried out with patience, one floor at a time, following the pace of the seasons and what was possible in each moment.
That’s why today our rooms are different from one another: some more contemporary, others still carrying the memory of the “Hotel Brione” we once were.
We never wanted them all to look the same, because neither are we. Simple Brione preserves the familiar clarity and solid comfort we’ve always believed in; Design Brione reflects our wish to grow, to add a touch more light and ease.
What they all share is our way of welcoming you, breakfast in the garden, a pool sheltered from the noise, and the quiet attention that lives in small gestures.

Where the details make the difference
In recent years, we’ve redesigned twenty-five rooms. Not simply repainted or replaced furniture, we rethought them from the ground up, asking ourselves how to create spaces where you genuinely feel at ease.
That’s how Oliva, Balance and Green came to life: three different interpretations of comfort, all guided by one idea, helping you feel good, inside and out.
Oliva were the last to be renewed: warm, bright, facing south, with natural tones and small balconies overlooking Mount Rocchetta.
Balance were created for guests who look for calm and lightness: a central bed, soft illumination, colours that invite you to slow down, and a small table where you can write or enjoy breakfast with a view.
Green are the most spacious, with contemporary furnishings and two bicycles reserved for you, ready whenever you feel like heading out. Quiet, welcoming, with parking just beneath the room.
All of them share small touches that matter: softer linens, selected toiletries, lighting designed to support your rhythm (no harsh lights waking you at dawn), and more space to move comfortably.
These rooms are for guests who appreciate the details, who know that design is not only about looks, but about atmosphere, ease and thoughtful choices.
We don’t call them “perfect”. We prefer to say they’re alive, like we are. They evolve every season, one step at a time.

Oliva Room
Room size 21 square metres
The wing overlooking the main avenue facing the Rocchetta has long needed renovation.
Now it hosts 11 brand-new rooms that we hope will help us offer a more contemporary version of ourselves.
The Oliva rooms have wooden decorations chosen to please the eye, two-meter beds, and plenty of natural light from south-facing French doors.
They are all a little different from each other, precisely because they are “children” of a renovation.
We also have the attic ones with the view from the third floor and those with the smallest bathroom.

Family or multiple rooms
Oliva Convivio Room
Room size 35 square metres
We had a shortcoming that we absolutely wanted to address: family or multi-bed rooms that were comfortable spaces and not “camp-like” setups.
Our latest renovation of the accommodations overlooking the main avenue was the perfect opportunity.
Today, we can offer 9 rooms with two separate sleeping areas, not all the same but with very similar features. They are spacious enough to move comfortably between the desk, wardrobes, and bathroom.
Five of the rooms accommodate up to 4 people, with space for a crib as well, and the ensuite bathroom is separated from the toilet area. The other four rooms are slightly smaller, accommodating up to 3 people only.

A nest to find balance
Balance Room
Room size 25 square metres
It was the decision to place the bed in the middle of the room that shaped the nature of this type of room. They have become something very much like a nest.
Sheltered like a “refuge,” thanks to their north-facing position away from the street. The furniture style is minimal and in light colors, but the aqua green decorations make the environment relaxing.
The balcony overlooks the rear side of the hotel, where there is also the private parking exclusive to guests of these rooms.
This is not guaranteed for other lodgers.

The certainty of a guaranteed, free parking space with independent entrance under the rooms is already a value-added. This is not the case for other rooms.
The Green rooms are also in a privileged position, all overlooking the internal garden and the pool, our “green lung”.
They have light floors and furnishings to enhance the natural light and lighten the style as much as possible. Guests tell us they are very quiet, well soundproofed.

We like to think of our Brione Simple rooms as the “family rooms” of the house, the ones that have always been here. They’ve seen countless summers, familiar faces returning year after year, long breakfasts, and guests coming back with that quiet happiness you recognise instantly.
Their style is classic: light wood, soft tones, uncomplicated lines. There’s that unmistakable sense of home the moment you step inside. Simple Room
Room size 18 square metres
The Simple Room is the most essential and functional accommodation option at Hotel Brione Green Resort. Previously offered under the “Garden” and “Standard” categories, these rooms are now combined into a single room type, sharing the same layout and amenities.
Simply and neatly furnished, the space allows for comfortable movement. Most showers have been recently renovated, while others retain older bathroom fittings that are carefully maintained.
All Simple Rooms feature a balcony.

How to reach Riva del Garda
A short walk from everything
How to Reach us
Riva del Garda is located in the northern part of Lake Garda and the nearest towns to it are Rovereto and Trento, from which it is 23 and 40 km away respectively, via the SS240 and the SS45 bis (also known as the Gardesana Occidentale).
With the SS45 bis you pass through Pietramurata, Dro and Arco, or the A22 del Brennero, with Rovereto south exit and direction Lake Garda.
The nearest railway station to Riva del Garda is located in Rovereto, about 24 km away by SS240.
Once in Rovereto, it is possible to connect with Riva del Garda by bus.
Desenzano and Peschiera are also connected by rail, along the Milan-Venice line, which has an important connection point in Verona, and from there by train to Rovereto or by ferry to the lake.
Riva del Garda is located a short distance from more than one airport. The closest in terms of the number of commercial flights operating is Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN), about an hour away by car or 3 hours by train.
Other airports close to Riva del Garda are:
Brescia (approx. 80 km), Bergamo (130 km), Milan (approx. 200 km), Venice (210 km), Treviso (220 km).
