F.a.q.
F.a.q.
Acronym for “frequently asked questions”. All those answers that reading the texts of the site may not emerge so easily, but which are very useful tools for those who are trying to get to know us.
We have collected them on this page, carefully reading the reviews of our guests but first of all listening to the daily requests here at the hotel.
This section of the site, in fact, will be constantly updated with the aim of not leaving any questions unheard.
Yes, we have private hotel parking—three areas, in fact. One features independent access via our gate on Via Belluno and is designated for guests staying in the Balance and Green rooms, while a separate area is reserved for guests of the Oliva rooms. This is a complimentary amenity included with your stay.
Then there is the main parking area, which operates on a rotating basis. During peak periods, availability is limited, and we may need to advise guests to look for parking outside the hotel premises.
Starting in 2026, two electric vehicle charging stations will also be available.
From this season (2026), we have installed two Wallbox charging stations in our car park.
A tip and a note:
– If you are travelling with a hybrid or electric car, we recommend downloading the Wallbox App on your smartphone if you are not already using it regularly. This way, you will already be familiar with it when you need to connect and charge your car here.
– There are 4 parking spaces where charging is possible: the ones within reach of the charging cables. These spaces are shared with the rest of the car park, so, when there is no alternative, they may be occupied by other vehicles. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to reserve this area exclusively for charging vehicles.
We have, however, put up a notice asking drivers of petrol or diesel cars not to park in these spaces when other parking options are available.
We do not accept pets, not even small ones. We love animals and are well aware that they are often well-behaved and clean; however, we do not wish for anyone’s stay to be disturbed. This is primarily a matter of hygiene and cleanliness, because—even while demanding the highest standards from our staff—cleaning a room after an animal has stayed there requires a specific treatment that we are not always able to guarantee.
In our rooms, smoking is permitted on the balcony, which is available in all room types.
We believe this serves as a suitable and comfortable space.
From the bar, guests may step out onto the veranda to smoke, while there are no restrictions at the swimming pool. Furthermore, given the ample space available, we do not believe anyone would find themselves—against their will—in close proximity to a smoker.
Sun loungers are provided in the pool garden. Deliberately left without cushions—a practice dating back to pre-COVID times—this choice reflects our belief that cushioned seating of that type cannot meet the high standards of hygiene and cleanliness we are committed to upholding.
We do, however, provide towels, which can be requested at the reception desk.
The pool area features no games or recreational equipment—neither for children nor for adults—as our philosophy is to ensure that everyone, young and old alike, can find a peaceful and secluded sanctuary in this space. The garden is spacious—so much so that guests typically make a habit of moving the loungers to their preferred spots. Consequently, there is ample opportunity to find privacy, even for those whose primary aim is not simply to rest.
As a matter of choice—given the abundance of trees throughout the grounds—we do not provide poolside umbrellas.
Certainly! Our hotel restaurant is open for dinner every evening, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
You can make a reservation via our website that includes this option (breakfast + dinner), which offers better value for you.
Table assignment at breakfast is open and unassigned.
