Find the right people and you will provide good hospitality – this is known as one of the magical recipes.

We consider ourselves very lucky. Even when we are forced to change, because we don’t like doing it on our own, we often meet people to whom our guests become attached.

Everyone is certainly connected to “Zia” Elena, Linda’s sister who has been here since 1985, after finishing school. She is unfortunately the only long-term companion left because in 2024 we were forced to change most of the team.

At reception you will find Elena and Cristina.
At the bar, Mariel is there in the morning and Elena in the evening. Betty is our lifesaver on days off.

Both the restaurant team, led by Dragos, and the breakfast team, coordinated by Mirella, are well established and experienced.

After many years in the kitchen, our trusted Nikolin has now become our garden man.
Mirand, with his trademark moustache, takes care of the pans, while everything related to the laundry and the order of the common areas is handled by Debora.
From 2026, Manuele will take over the morning shift from Carmen, who has reached her well-deserved retirement.

Room and common area care are managed by Komplett, a service cooperative of which we were among the founding members.
