#1 SHALL WE BET THAT…?

Carlo will surely answer “I’ve been saying this for years.”
Our rooms on the street, the bugaboo of our girls at the reception who almost sometimes apologized if a guest decided to stay there.

The street is noisy.
They are warm, the sun hits them a lot.
They have no sight.

And then they’re old…

On the surface it’s all true. So much so that one of the reasons our hotel has a sometimes negative web reputation (average review rating) has roots in our older rooms.

However…
We are doing work on this wing of the hotel, the one that overlooks the garden on the street, and the more we look out the windows fantasizing about “what it will be like in a few weeks”, the more we realize that the view of the mountains, the light, even the seeing people walking on the sidewalk will be strengths that we didn’t imagine we had.

Our garden rooms had been depopulated for about 20 years. The internal ones, let’s say.
We initially called them Superior and then Relax. Today it’s the Garden.

And the Green.
An updated version of the rooms built in 2000 and 2006. The Garden ones, those in the red building in the garden and those with a pool view in the main building.

The Green were born in 2017, together with the Balance (separate chapter…).
Unlike the other rooms further away on the street, these all have the same view which tends to be the best, or most pleasant, we have.
GARDEN+ POOL

(plus exclusive private parking, but this too has nothing to do with it now)

But can we bet that now the most requested rooms will be the new ones?
They will be called Oliva.

Of course, because everyone likes the new and many will be curious to see them.

However…
Let’s talk in 2 seasons, okay. When the novelty effect has worn off.
I say that we will receive surprise reviews that will praise the beautiful view of the Rocchetta and the bar garden.

HERE’S THE HAND?.
