No events so far in 2025.
Unfortunately.
This year, even Ferragosto was a quiet, ordinary day. In the evening, the music at the bar never rose above background level.
No wine tastings, no entertainment, no dancing, no pool parties.
In the past, our story has been full of lively moments – barbecues, garden buffets, music nights back when our old bar still had its covered veranda, or when the “Roulotte” brought songs, laughter and movement.
This year, we chose to stay more reserved. We often wondered: should we invite a saxophone player for aperitif time? Or try to offer our guests some kind of special experience? We even had a long-standing idea involving Monte Brione.
But in the end, nothing happened. Our family, for now, feels a little closed in on itself.
What if guests didn’t appreciate it?
What if the weather ruined it?
Could we really organise everything properly
Still, we are at peace with our choice. Our energy goes into caring for our guests in other ways: making sure everything works, and responding quickly to small inconveniences – a full car park, air conditioning that needs adjusting, the usual repairs.
We believe this is what can rightly be expected of a hotel like ours. And beyond that, we encourage our guests to truly live the area: explore the historic centre, enjoy a walk, taste an ice cream. Visit Lake Ledro, Lake Tenno, Arco and its castle. Use a rainy day to discover a winery, an olive mill, or a museum.
The local tourism office offers an outstanding PROGRAMME OF EXPERIENCES – far beyond what we could ever organise alone.
And yet, we know that a touch of celebration here at the hotel does have its place. Not too much, not disturbing anyone – just enough.
This year, it was missing.
Life teaches us to treasure every feeling. We promise: we’ll take this to heart.
