Starting from this summer 2020 we have raised the minimum standard of room’s equipments. Airconditioning system in all rooms. Therefore the “Standard” types room that are front-street facing, very bright and for this reason sun-heated. Nice to keep windows open but possibile a bit noise from the street.
Airconditioning system, in rooms&common areas also, is now for us a minimum standard.
Until a few years ago in Garda Lake mild and windy climate was enough for guarantee a temperate that it didn’t need to use air conditioning. People said : “is only used in the city”.
It took time for our Hotel to adapt the whole property built 67 years ago. Who could imagine this climate changes. Global warming. So, we were saying in regards of minimum standard of room’s equipments, it includes: WC/shower, hairdryer, courtesy set, safe, balcony,TV SAT, free WIFI, airconditining.
You’ll find our 4 room’s types below detailed:
– Standard pretty basic furnishings, street side with south- facing are the brightest rooms or others facing inwards of the Hotel. Don’t see the garden.
– Garden classic style wood furniture, these rooms can be viewing the garden and pool area or located near to the garden side
– New 2018 Green offers designer furnishings and no carpet. All Green rooms are overlooking the pool and garden area . tea&coffee kettle in room. Including one car parking space guaranteed and reserved in the exclusive parking .
– New 2018 Balance generous size rooms, bathroom also bigger,modern and distinctive design , with a bed placed in the middle of the room . You’ll find a vintage vinyl record player. tea&coffee kettle in room. Balcony facing the back of the Hotel,parking area and in the backgroung you can see the surroundings of Riva del Garda. Booking a Balance room you have included city bike reserved. Including one car parking space guaranteed and reserved in the exclusive parking.
