They are Martina, born in 2001, and Rachele, 2004. Waitress the first, “Jolly” at the Bar and Roulotte Bar the second.
Martina came to us after the season began, last year.
Thanks to all the doubts related to Covid we started with caution, with only 3 people in the room. When we started looking for 4th it was already the end of June.
A few chatter was enough, we proposed to do a few days to see if she could like a job that she had never done yet and at the weekend we had already hired her.
Genuine look and polite manners, clean and tidy in the service. She listened, she respected the roles, she learned a lot.
At Christmas, when we all toasted together for good wishes, we thought she wasn’t coming. We assumed that she already wanted to change, that she didn’t like the job at the hotel.
We were wrong.
As is often done when you trust commonplaces.
We hope not to do it again when we have to make her understand that we are proud of her and that we would love to help her take the same path that Maria and Violeta did, which our guests love very much.
And Rachele?
Fall from the sky, as they say.
She worked a whole season last summer, then while studying she wanted to continue doing it throughout the winter, on weekends.
She is left out of work, she stops by to greet her friend Angelica in the Roulotte Bar and she tells her we are looking for.

Giulia who runs our bar, another very lucky discovery, she gave her a few afternoons of “school”, before the beginning of her, it is true that it must have coincided with the end of the school year.
She is precise and super professional, after the first meeting she had prepared a leaflet with the list of all the things that are done inside the counter.
